Voice roleplay training on SharePoint and your intranet

Put a training on the page your people already open every morning. A link or an embedded frame, work-email access, no accounts to create.

Who this is for

For HR and L&D teams without an LMS, or with one nobody opens. SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, Google Sites and home-made intranets all take a link; those that allow embedded frames can host the session itself. Managers follow results on the Replio dashboard or in Teams.

No SharePoint app or web part to install. Replio uses the Button, Link and Quick links web parts for the link method and the Embed web part for the frame. Enterprise single sign-on (SAML and OIDC) is available for Microsoft Entra ID tenants.

Ways to connect

A button or link (recommended)

Add a Button, Link or Quick links web part with the project join link. Learners confirm a work email once with a code and train in a Replio tab, where the microphone works without exceptions.

Embedded on the page

Paste the iframe snippet in an Embed web part. The session runs on your page. Your SharePoint administrator allows the replio.eu domain for embedding, and you add your SharePoint address to Replio's allowed origins.

Results in Teams or a list

Replio webhooks reach Power Automate through its HTTP request trigger: post a message in a Teams channel or add a SharePoint list item when a session is scored.

Setup, step by step

  1. Turn on the join link

In the Replio project, tab Integrations, card Add to your LMS or website: switch the link on and restrict it to your company's email domain.

  2. Add the link to the page

Edit the SharePoint page, add a Button or Quick links web part, paste the link, publish. For a frame, use the Embed web part with the iframe snippet from the same card.

  3. Allow embedding, if you embed

Site owners: Site settings, HTML Field Security, add replio.eu to the allowed domains. Replio side: Developers page, Embedded sessions, add your SharePoint address (https://yourtenant.sharepoint.com) to the allowed pages.

  4. Test from a colleague's account

Open the page, click the button, enter a work email and the received code, start a session. The device is remembered for 30 days; the next visit goes straight to the personas.

Where results land

SharePoint does not track learning. Replio does, and can tell your Microsoft tools when something happens.

Replio dashboard
Every session with score, transcript and feedback, per project and per learner; CSV export for HR.
Teams, Planner, lists
Through Power Automate: a flow triggered by Replio's signed webhook when a session is scored, without custom code.
Power BI or Excel
Through the public API with a read-only key, or the sample Google Sheets sync script; details on the Developers page.

Good to know

  • Microphone access inside an embedded frame depends on the browser and on your tenant's policies. If a frame stays silent, the link method always works: it opens Replio in its own tab.
  • The Embed web part needs the domain allow-list, which only site owners or administrators can edit.
  • Each learner who joins takes a seat of your plan, like an invited trainee; a join link accepts up to 100 new learners per day.
  • Power Automate's HTTP request trigger is a premium connector in Microsoft's licensing; check your plan.

Questions managers ask

Do employees need a Replio account?

No account to create. They enter their work email, type the 6-digit code they receive and start. The device is remembered for 30 days; the allowed-domains setting keeps strangers out.

Can we use our Microsoft login?

Yes, on enterprise plans: SAML and OIDC single sign-on through WorkOS, including Microsoft Entra ID, for managers and trainees. The join link does not require it.

Does this work on SharePoint Server or Confluence?

Any page that can show a link works. Embedding needs the host to allow frames from replio.eu; SharePoint Online, Confluence Cloud and Notion do, each with its own setting. We have not tested SharePoint Server on-premises.

Is it safe to put on our intranet?

The link and the frame expose nothing but the training. Personas, documents and transcripts stay in Replio, hosted in the EU; the Trust page has the data-protection detail.
