Zapier, Make and n8n: automate what happens after a session
Replio sends a signed webhook when a session ends or is scored. Catch it in Zapier, Make or n8n and route the result anywhere, without code.
Who this is for
For sales enablement, HR and operations teams who want training results in the tools they already watch: a Google Sheet for the weekly review, a Slack or Teams message to the manager, a task in HubSpot or Salesforce, a field in the HRIS. Also for the other direction: a new hire in the HRIS becomes an invited trainee.
There is no Replio app in the Zapier directory yet. Everything below uses the generic webhook trigger of each tool (Webhooks by Zapier, Make's Custom webhook, n8n's Webhook node), which works today.
Ways to connect
Replio to your tools
A webhook endpoint on the Developers page, pointed at the catch URL of your Zap, scenario or workflow. Events when a session completes or is scored, when a learner is invited or finishes a project.
Your tools to Replio
An HTTP action calling the public API with a scoped key: invite a learner from a CRM or HRIS event, read sessions and scores on a schedule.
Google Sheets without an automation tool
A sample Apps Script, published by Replio on GitHub, keeps a sheet of sessions and scores up to date on a timer. No automation tool, no subscription.
Setup, step by step
Create the catch URL
In Zapier: new Zap, trigger Webhooks by Zapier, event Catch Hook, copy the URL. In Make: a Custom webhook module. In n8n: a Webhook node set to POST.
Register it in Replio
Dashboard, Developers page, Webhooks: add an endpoint with that URL and tick the events you need, typically the one sent when a session is scored. Keep the signing secret, shown once.
Send a test delivery
Use the Send test button on the endpoint, or run a short session. The event shows up in your tool with the learner, the project, the score and a link to the session.
Map the fields
Add the action: a Google Sheets row, a Slack message, a HubSpot task. Pick the fields from the test payload. Event names and payloads are documented on the Developers page.
Turn it on and watch deliveries
The Developers page lists every delivery with its status and lets you resend one. Failed deliveries are retried on a growing interval for up to 15 hours before being marked dead.
Where results land
What you can route, and where it comes from.
- Session scored
- The score, the five metrics, duration, persona and project, plus a link to the full session on the dashboard. The most useful event for reporting.
- Learner invited or project completed
- Lifecycle events to keep HR records and onboarding checklists in sync.
- On demand
- The public API returns projects, trainees and sessions for scheduled syncs and dashboards.
Good to know
- Webhooks by Zapier is a premium app in Zapier's pricing; Make and n8n include their webhook modules in every plan.
- Deliveries are signed. Zapier cannot verify the signature by itself; a Code step can, and Make or n8n can with a short function. Verification is optional while the catch URL stays private.
- Transcripts are not in the webhook payload: the event links to the session, and the API returns the transcript on request.
- One endpoint receives the events of the whole organization. Filter by project in your tool when several projects feed one sheet.

Questions managers ask
Is there a Replio app in Zapier?
Not yet. The generic webhook trigger covers the same ground with one extra step: pasting the catch URL in Replio. A directory app will come when enough teams ask for it; tell us.
Does it work with Make and n8n?
Yes, identically: both have a webhook module that produces a URL. Self-hosted n8n keeps the data on your own servers.
What about Power Automate?
Its HTTP request trigger works the same way; the SharePoint guide shows the Teams example.
Can I invite learners automatically?
Yes: an HTTP action calling the public API with a key limited to that permission. A new row in your HRIS or CRM becomes an invited trainee with a seat; details on the Developers page.
