CRM: rehearse real deals, train on your real pipeline
Replio reads your CRM, never writes to it. Reps prepare a call against a buyer built from the deal notes. Managers get scenarios shaped by the objections and lost reasons of the whole pipeline.
Who this is for
For sales teams on HubSpot who want practice to look like the calls on the calendar, not a generic roleplay. A rep picks one of their deals, gets a prep card and a rehearsal buyer that raises the objections already in the notes. Managers connect once; projects bound to the CRM draw their personas and goals from a digest of closed deals, with names removed before any model sees the text.
HubSpot is the first connector, on EU and US portals. Replio is not listed in the HubSpot marketplace yet: the connection starts from the Replio dashboard, and HubSpot shows an unverified-app notice until the listing is approved. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce come on request.
Ways to connect
Prepare a call, per rep
On the trainee dashboard, a rep searches their deals by deal, contact or company name and gets a prep card: who, where the deal stands, last interaction, objections raised, angles to prepare. Then Rehearse this buyer, or Ask the expert with the deal in context.
Pipeline digest, per organization
Replio samples up to 100 closed deals over 18 months, removes names and identifiers, and extracts objection clusters, lost reasons and buyer archetypes. Projects bound to the connection use the digest when generating personas and goals.
Scores back to the CRM, by webhook
Replio never writes to your CRM. To log a scored session as a HubSpot task or property, use the signed webhook with Zapier, Make or n8n: the Zapier guide shows the recipe.
Setup, step by step
Connect HubSpot
Dashboard, CRM page: tick the authorization confirmation, name the connection and click Connect HubSpot. Approve the read-only scopes in HubSpot. The first connection becomes the default for new projects.
Bind a project
On a project, Features, pick the CRM connection. Each project reads from one connection, so an agency can keep one connection per client.
Build the digest
Sync from CRM on the project's Integrations tab, or on the connection row. The digest is ready in under a minute and refreshes itself every week. Below 15 lost deals with notes it is marked low signal and stays out of generation unless you switch Use it anyway.
Match your reps
A rep sees only the deals assigned to them in HubSpot. The match is their email address, so invite reps with the address they use in the CRM. Managers read every deal.
Prepare the first call
A rep opens Prepare a call, picks a deal, and either rehearses the generated buyer or asks the expert. The rehearsal buyer is visible to that rep only and removed after one day.
Where results land
What Replio reads, what it produces, and where it lives.
- Prep card
- Built from the deal, its contacts, company and recent notes. Stored on the rep's session, shown to the rep and to managers reviewing that session.
- Pipeline digest
- Objection clusters, lost reasons, buyer archetypes, with the sample size and a low-signal flag. Shown on the project's Integrations tab, in the project wizard and in the CRM page; readable by your AI assistant through MCP.
- Training results
- Scores and transcripts stay in Replio. Push them to the CRM with the session-scored webhook, or read them on a schedule through the public API.
Good to know
- Read-only by design: no task, note or property is ever created in your CRM.
- Prospect data is used only to prepare and train your own team. Sessions prepared from a deal are excluded from Replio's anonymized analytics, and the rehearsal buyer expires after 24 hours.
- Deal search is rate-limited per connection, and a rep whose email matches no HubSpot user sees no deal until the addresses match.
- The digest needs real notes. A pipeline with few lost deals or empty notes yields a low-signal digest, shown but not used until you opt in.

Questions managers ask
Does Replio write anything to my CRM?
No. The OAuth scopes are read-only and the connector has no write method. Results reach the CRM only through your own webhook automation.
Which CRMs are supported?
HubSpot today, on EU and US portals. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce are next, on request from a client: the connector is built so that a new CRM is one adapter.
Can a rep see a colleague's deals?
No. The deal picker lists the deals owned by the rep in HubSpot, matched by email. Managers who run the project can pick any deal.
What happens to prospect data under GDPR?
You confirm at connection time that your organization is authorized to let Replio read the CRM, and the DPA lists CRM prospects as data subjects. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Names are scrubbed before the digest is generated. Disconnecting revokes the token, deletes the digest and unbinds every project.
