Cliff Assistant and the Visual Library

The built-in assistant that guides managers through content management, project creation and visual generation.

Meet Cliff

Cliff Assistant is built into Replio and opens as a panel on the side of the dashboard. It supports managers with key tasks such as managing training files, creating training programs, creating groups, importing contacts and generating visuals.

The panel offers shortcuts for common requests, and you can also type your own question. The reset button clears the conversation when you want to start a new request.

Create a project with Cliff

Ask Cliff to create a project and it first checks whether your source files are already in the Knowledge Library. Answer yes and Cliff guides you straight to the next step with a New project button.

That button opens the template choice. Smart Import builds a training program from your own content, or you can start from one of the available training templates. Choosing Smart Import takes you to the project details step.

Find the Visual Library

Cliff also guides you to visuals. When the manager in the video types that they do not have a visual library yet, Cliff explains that the Visual Library is in the main dashboard menu and offers a button that opens it.

In the Visual Library, select the relevant project and click Create visual.

Build the brief

The example creates a trial snapshot card. Describe what you want to create, select the Knowledge Library folder that should feed the visual and choose the language of the image text, then click Prepare the brief.

Replio asks for any details that are missing from the project knowledge, such as the trial name or the metrics to display, and writes an image brief from your selection. Review and edit the title, the brief and the format before you click Generate.

Review and refine

The finished visual appears in the library. Edit manually opens the manual editor, where you can erase parts of the image or change its text.

From the same panel, Cliff can also point you to the Projects page to invite trainees. By guiding managers through project creation, content management and visual generation, Cliff makes each of these tasks faster.
