Meet Cliff

Cliff Assistant is integrated into Replio to support managers with key tasks such as managing training files, creating training programs, creating groups, importing contacts and generating visuals.

Create a project with Cliff

With the training material already uploaded to the Knowledge Library, Cliff guides you straight to the next step: either Smart Import to build a program from your own content, or one of the available training templates.

Generate visuals

Cliff points you to the Visual Library, where you select the relevant project and start generating visual materials.

Choose the language you want to use and pick which content should feed the visual. Replio automatically writes a brief visual description that you can review and edit before generating.

Review and refine

Once the visual is created, review the result and make manual edits if needed. Cliff makes the whole flow faster by guiding you through it in one place.

Step-by-step guide

Add visuals

Generate AI images or short videos from project knowledge and publish them to trainees.

Published visuals give trainees product cards, diagrams, and clips next to their practice tools.

What to do

  • Generate a visual or a video, with project knowledge as the source.
  • Link the visual to the project.
  • Publish the link so trainees can see it.

Check before continuing

  • The visual is linked to the right project.
  • The link is published, not draft.
  • Image quota and video credits are still available.
