Generate visuals with the Visual Library

Turn the documents in your Knowledge Library into AI-generated training visuals for your trainees.

What the Visual Library is for

The Visual Library, under Visuals in the sidebar, lets you create image and video content that can be linked to your projects and shared with your trainees.

You can use it for almost any type of training material: product and equipment illustrations, process diagrams, data charts, statistical callouts, tables and timelines. The examples in the video include a product card for an espresso machine with its key specifications, a flowchart of a loan management system and a bar chart comparing the impact of distracted driving.

Start from your knowledge

Click Create visual to open the Generate a visual window. Write a short description of what you want to create, then select the Knowledge Library content the system should use as source material. In the video, the source is a coffee shop sales training.

Choose the language of the image text, for example English (United Kingdom), so the words on the visual are in the language your trainees use.

Let Replio suggest ideas

If you are not sure what to create, click Suggest ideas. Replio analyzes your knowledge and proposes visual concepts drawn from your training material, such as a comparison sheet between two models, a product card or an objection handler.

Click the idea you want to use and it fills in the description for you. In the example, the product card description already lists what the card must show, taken from the training material.

Review the brief and generate

Click Prepare the brief. The system writes a detailed image brief for you, which you can review and edit before generating. Alongside the brief you set the title, an optional caption and the format, such as a square 1:1 image.

When the brief is ready, click Generate. A placeholder card shows the visual being generated in the library, and the finished image opens in a preview so you can check it straight away. Finished visuals can then be linked to your projects and shared with your trainees.
