Tour the manager dashboard

Everything a manager needs in one place, from project stats to trainee analytics and the content libraries.

In this video

01

Your workspace at a glance

The Manager Dashboard gives you a complete overview: current projects, total number of trainees, monthly training-hour usage, recent session activity and the trainees who trained most recently.

02

Projects, trainees and team

The Projects section gathers all your training projects. You can edit them, duplicate them or create the same program in a different language.

The Trainees section holds each trainee's training rating, feedback, practice time and skill scores, with a detailed view of performance by skill and by individual session.

The Team section adds team members with access to the Manager Dashboard, and the Usage section tracks the minutes used this month against your training pool.

03

The libraries

The Contact Library imports and manages trainee email addresses, making it easier to invite participants to training programs.

The Knowledge Library stores all your project materials in one place so training content can be managed and reused. The Visual Library creates project visuals with AI assistance.

The Clients Library keeps client portfolios: business context, rules and conditions, vocabulary and important terms for each client or training scenario.

Step-by-step guide

01

Train and monitor

Trainees practice, then managers review progress and adjust the setup if needed.

Progress data shows whether the training is used and where people need support.

What to do

  • Trainees start voice role-play, quizzes, or Expert Tutor.
  • Review sessions, scores, and feedback from the project page.
  • Use Reports for KPIs, printable reports, and CSV exports.

Check before continuing

  • Trainees can access the project.
  • The expected practice tools are visible.
  • Scores appear after the first sessions.
02Optional

Share via ChatGPT or Claude (MCP)

Connect AI assistants to Replio, for you or for your clients.

A client can follow their project's results, or even set it up, directly from ChatGPT or Claude, without a Replio account.

What to do

  • As a manager: add the MCP server URL in your assistant and sign in with your Replio account.
  • For a client: generate an access code (reporting or full setup) from the project page or the MCP page.
  • Send the client the share link: it shows their code and the setup steps for their assistant.

Check before continuing

  • The code appears in the codes table with the right project and type.
  • The request journal shows activity once the client is connected.
