B2B Sales Role Play Template
This template turns a sales playbook into practice calls. Upload your pitch and pricing, and the AI buyers push back the way real procurement does. Reps rehearse the discovery call and the price negotiation out loud and get a score on each goal.
Training goals included
Each goal becomes a scored objective. Completed sessions are rated against it, so a manager sees which goal a trainee still misses.
- Master the value pitch in 60 seconds
- Handle budget objections effectively
- Navigate multi-stakeholder decisions
- Build trust and rapport quickly
Scenario briefs
Four starting situations. Each one is a role play script template: the setting, what the AI persona wants and what the trainee has to achieve.
First discovery call
A head of operations took the meeting out of curiosity. They have fifteen minutes and a vendor they already like. The rep has to uncover one real cost of the current setup and earn a second meeting.
Budget objection
The buyer likes the product and says the budget is frozen until next year. The rep has to find out what the freeze really covers and offer a path that fits it, without discounting on the first ask.
Three stakeholders, three agendas
A demo with a CFO, an IT lead and the future daily user. Each one objects to a different thing. The rep has to answer all three without losing the champion.
Renewal at risk
An existing customer has used the product less this quarter and received a cheaper offer from a competitor. The rep has to re-anchor the value before talking about the price.
Who you practice with
Procurement director
Skeptical buyer
Compares you with two other vendors and asks for numbers. Rewards a clear answer and punishes vague promises.
Operations manager
Pragmatic champion
Wants the problem solved and needs help selling the decision internally. Asks what to tell the CFO.
CFO
Budget owner
Only cares about total cost and payback. Interrupts long feature explanations.
How to use this template
Answer the setup questions
Describe your product, your typical buyer and the objections you hear most. Upload a pitch deck or a playbook if you have one.
Review the generated personas
The AI drafts buyers from your answers. Rename them, change their mood or add the objection that cost you a deal last month.
Invite the team and read the scores
Reps practice by voice in their own language. Completed sessions are scored against the four goals, and you see who needs a second round on budget objections.
